Terms of Service
Last Updated: August 2026
1. Parties and Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are concluded between TTHub, operated by CGR FİNANSAL DANIŞMANLIK TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (the “Application”, “we”, “us”), and the person who registers for or uses our services (the “User”, “you”). TTHub provides software and infrastructure for managing table tennis tournaments digitally. For details on how personal data is processed, please review our Privacy Policy.
For paid orders and subscriptions, the payment process is conducted by Paddle.com. See Section 4 for details.
2. Account Security and Accuracy
You declare that the information provided during registration is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You may delete your account through the Application’s account settings or by writing to hello@tthubs.com; upon deletion, related data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Scope of Service and Data Visibility
The Application is a tournament and matching system. By registering, you accept that your Name and Surname will be visible to other logged-in users.
Where a club has enabled the club rating system, your club rating may be visible to club members or publicly, depending on that club’s settings.
We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to improve service quality. On the website, analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent.
4. Plans, Subscriptions, Fees and Billing
The Application may offer Free, Pro and Super plans. Current features, prices and billing periods (monthly / yearly) are published on the Pricing page. Prices may be shown excluding taxes; applicable taxes (VAT etc.) may be charged separately at checkout.
- Free: May limit the number of tournaments per year and available features.
- Pro: May include paid features such as unlimited tournaments.
- Super: May include Pro features plus the club rating system and priority support.
Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of the selected billing period unless stated otherwise. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel before renewal. If prices change, we will notify you as required by law; if you do not accept the new price, you may cancel effective at the end of your current billing period.
Refund, cancellation and withdrawal rules are set out in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you accept these Terms and the Refund Policy.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. You can cancel via:
- Account → Billing in the TTHub panel, or
- the Paddle customer portal / the “Manage subscription” link in your order confirmation email
Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access to paid features until then, and you will not be charged again after that period ends. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
6. Organizer and Club Responsibilities
The Application only provides digital organization infrastructure. We are not responsible for injuries, disputes, or damages that may occur at physical tournaments.
Organizers and club administrators are responsible for their own event and club data, including participant lists, check-in, payment markers, guest-player entries, category management and the accuracy of initial club ratings.
7. Prohibited Behaviors
Insults, misleading information, spam, manipulation of ratings or results, unauthorized actions on behalf of others, or content that disrupts application order are prohibited. In such cases, the account may be suspended or deleted.
8. Account Suspension and Deletion
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts of users who violate these Terms without prior notice. Users may also delete their own account at any time (see Section 2).
9. Intellectual Property
The design, software, and all components of the Application belong to TTHub. Users retain rights in content they submit through the Application and grant permission to process that content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
10. Nature of Service
The Application is provided “as is”. It is not guaranteed that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Application, access interruptions, data loss, changes to plans or features, organizer/club actions, payment-provider (Paddle) operations, or disputes between users.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms. The current version takes effect when published. Reasonable notice will be attempted for material changes. Changes to the Refund Policy or contact details will also be updated on our website.
13. Dispute Resolution
Turkish Law applies to disputes arising from this agreement and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Paddle’s buyer terms may also apply to payment and refund matters.
