Set the starting rating
Once a player has joined your club, enter the number that matches the level you know they play at. It locks as soon as you save it, so the ladder always has an honest starting point.

Automate brackets, live scores, and player rankings with an all-in-one management platform.

Choose a format, set your group rules, and TTHub builds the entire competition — pairings, rounds, standings and the knockout bracket.
Set when registration opens and closes and TTHub sequences the rest: check-in window, final call, then start. Sensible defaults are filled in for you.

Give each member a starting rating once they join your club. From then on TTHub recalculates it after every single match — no spreadsheets, no manual upkeep.

Members see their club rating next to their global TTHub rating, and you can publish club rankings to everyone with one toggle.

Mark whether an event affects club rating, and pick which rating drives seeding when groups and brackets are generated.

Enable the club rating system in your club settings, and publish club rankings in the app if you want members to see where they stand.

The unglamorous parts of running a tournament — entries, payments, categories, paperwork — are the parts we automated first.
Everyone who registers lands in one table. Check players in, mark payments, add guest players, or remove a withdrawal — and check in the whole field at once.

Set a cap, switch on the waitlist, and players are promoted automatically when a slot frees up.
Enter a score once. Groups, brackets, standings and ratings all update from that single entry.

Men's, women's, open and age-restricted draws inside one event — each with its own capacity and start time.

Download brackets and groups as PNG or PDF, print match cards for the tables, export your roster to CSV.
A shareable profile with your location, hours, coaching, table rental and open registrations.

Everything you need to know about organizing table tennis tournaments with TTHub.
TTHub is a table tennis tournament management platform for clubs and organizers. Create tournaments, manage registrations, generate brackets, and track live scores from web and mobile.
With TTHub you create a tournament in the admin panel, set the format and schedule, then players register via the mobile app. Brackets and scores update automatically as matches are played.
Knockout, double elimination and league, each with an optional round-robin group stage. You can customize brackets and group assignments to fit your event.
Free covers up to two tournaments a year, including your public club page, brackets, registrations and results. Pro is $15 per month or $150 per year plus taxes, and removes the tournament limit. Super is $22 per month or $220 per year plus taxes, and adds the club rating system plus priority support.
Players can discover tournaments, register, view schedules, and check results through the TTHub mobile app. Organizers manage everything from the web admin panel.
Each club can run its own rating ladder alongside the global TTHub rating. You enter an initial rating for every member once, then any tournament flagged as affecting club rating updates those numbers automatically after each match. You can also choose whether seeding uses the club rating or the global one.
Create your club, set up your first tournament, and invite your players. The free plan covers your first two events a year.
