Terms of Use

1. Parties and Purpose

These Terms of Use are concluded between TTHub Application and the user who becomes a member of the Application. The Application provides infrastructure for managing table tennis tournaments in a digital environment.

2. Account Security and Accuracy

The user declares that the information provided during registration is accurate. The security of the account password is the user's responsibility.

3. Scope of Service and Data Visibility

The Application is a tournament and matching system. By registering, the user accepts that their Name and Surname information will be visible to other logged-in users.

The Application uses analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics to improve service quality and enhance user experience. Anonymous usage data and device information may be collected through these tools. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Organizer and Club Responsibilities

The Application only provides digital organization infrastructure. The Application is not responsible for injuries, disputes, or damages that may occur at physical tournaments.

5. Prohibited Behaviors

Insults, misleading information, spam, or content that disrupts application order are prohibited. In such cases, the account may be suspended or deleted.

6. Account Suspension and Deletion

The developer reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts of users who violate the terms of use without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The design, software, and all components of the Application belong to the developer.

8. Nature of Service

The Application is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for damages arising from use of the Application, access interruptions, data loss, or disputes between users.

10. Changes

The developer reserves the right to make changes to the terms of use. The current version takes effect when published.

11. Dispute Resolution

Turkish Law applies to disputes arising from this agreement and the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
